When it came to buying a home, the last thing we wanted was to have it “sold” to us. The annoying salesman we were hoping to avoid was actually the first realtor we had the opportunity to work with. After the sour taste in our mouth we had a name referred to us by a friend and decided to take the chance. Our prayers were answered after our experience working with Bryan Myrick. From the first house we could tell that he was there to genuinely help us find not just a house, but the place we could call our home. Bryan is extremely knowledgeable from his years of experience and we are so thankful for that. He would occasionally point out the small details of a house, so we could expand our awareness for things one should know as a first-time homebuyer. Bryan always had our best interest at heart, when issues arose with our lender, he was there with solutions. During our time working with Bryan we viewed over 30 houses, and only made one offer. He didn’t get frustrated, he took the time to ask what we did and didn’t like about any given house and helped us narrow our results to find our perfect home. Bryan has been our preferred realtor more than once. We can count on him to act quickly on our behalf. He landed us our dream house 5 years ago, and he did it again just recently. He is an excellent communicator, very on top of new listings, and quick to get the job done when you are ready to say "Yes to the address!" Bryan is trustworthy, friendly, and passionate about real estate, which makes him the best realtor we know! If you're in the market to buy or sell, you're going to want this guy on your team.
